The developed refrigeration and air conditioning industries equipment co. [ DRIC] was established in 1988 for manufacturing & marketing the equipment, devices and tools needed in refrigeration & air conditioning fields both locally & internationally.
In addition to international commercial mediation & franchising for air conditioning & refrigeration products as well as alternate products, also DRIC was granted the ISO 9001 : 2008, the quality management system in 2011, also, DRIC is considered one of the main companies that works in air conditioning and refrigeration fields in Egypt, this is due to the fact that it is one of the main distributers of air conditioning and refrigeration products which are manufactured & assembled by the company’s factory in 10th of Ramadan City.
DRIC offers a wide range of products that include chillers for air conditioning and industrial applications, Dx. units, fan coil units, air handling units, water source package units, cooling towers, drinking water coolers and special air conditioning units for electric & control panels.
We are also keen on providing our customers with different solutions & suggestions for their problems. This is provided through our studies and design department. This department then makes a full study of the place that needs special or non traditional units. These study includes both the financial and technical sides.
Maintenance and installation department implements the projects after the approval of the project consultant. Also, the department is responsible for all the maintenance renewal and replacement works for all the conditioning and cooling equipment.
DRIC is characterized by it’s unique after-sales services. This includes free periodical maintenance works for the devices during one year guarantee and the annual maintenance contracts after the guarantee. Maintenance contracts include the periodical visits and the immediate responses for the emergency announcements which lead to a better performance and a longer life life for the equipment.
